Can I make changes to the design?

 

Once an order is placed with our team, our staff will start the design process. Typically within 72 hours we will have a "draft" for viewing. We offer unlimited revisions within the original project description.

How long does an order take to be completed?

 

Typically, design project drafts are viewable between 24 to 72 hours. Once viewed and approved our staff will complete the coding of the design and deliver the order within 48 hours after approval. Website programming and development orders depend on the specific project. Our timeline is stated at the time of quotation. Weekends and Holidays are not included in our timelines.

What are the payment terms?

 

Development projects $5,000+, royal offers client specific financing, typically 25% down payment, 25% with demo and balance prior to delivery.

 

Orders over $250 require 50% deposit upon ordering and the balance prior to delivery of the completed product. Orders under $250 require payment upfront.
